1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with S3 Cars. By booking our chauffeur service via phone, email, or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms outlined below.
S3 Cars provides executive chauffeur services including airport transfers, business travel, event transport, and long-distance journeys across Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, London, and the UK.
2. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by S3 Cars.
When making a booking, the customer must provide accurate information including:
- Full pickup address
- Destination address
- Pickup date and time
- Number of passengers
- Luggage requirements
- Contact details
Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any changes to the journey such as additional stops, waiting time, or route changes may result in additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment may be required in advance to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer
- Debit or credit card (via Payment link at time of booking)
- Cash (if agreed prior to the journey)
Corporate clients may be offered invoicing terms subject to approval.
Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in cancellation of future bookings.
4. Airport Transfers & Waiting Time
For airport pickups, flight numbers must be provided so we can monitor delays.
Airport transfers include complimentary waiting time:
- Airport pickups: Up to 45 minutes free waiting time after flight landing
- Standard pickups: Up to 15 minutes free waiting time
Additional waiting time may be charged if the passenger is not ready at the agreed pickup time.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice provided.
- More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: Up to 50% of the journey fare may be charged
- No show: Full fare will be charged
All cancellations must be made directly with S3 Cars via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
6. Delays
S3 Cars will always aim to arrive on time. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures or accidents
- Severe weather conditions
- Flight delays
- Vehicle breakdowns
In the unlikely event of a vehicle issue, we will attempt to provide a suitable replacement vehicle.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
S3 Cars reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger:
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Behaves aggressively or abusively
- Causes damage to the vehicle
- Puts the driver or other passengers at risk
The customer who made the booking is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers.
8. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
If excessive cleaning is required due to spills, sickness, or damage, a cleaning fee may be charged.
9. Passenger Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
S3 Cars cannot accept responsibility for items left in vehicles, although we will always try to assist in recovering lost property where possible.
10. Seatbelts & Safety
All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion in accordance with UK law.
Children must use appropriate child seats where required. These must be requested in advance when booking.
11. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to pickup time, route, or destination must be arranged with S3 Cars directly.
Changes made after the booking is confirmed may result in additional charges depending on the journey.
12. Liability
S3 Cars will not be liable for indirect losses including:
- Missed flights
- Missed meetings
- Loss of business opportunities
Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for their journey.
13. Privacy
Customer information provided during bookings will be used solely for the purpose of providing our chauffeur services.
We do not share customer information with third parties unless required by law.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with S3 Cars, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
